 Each year I post the results of my current to make a point. Eating little to No Sugar and less than 20 NET Carbs a day will produce great results. Calorie intake  is a function of activity. The individual calorie should be made up of 50%Protein,45% Good Fat & Less than 5% Carbohydrates/ Sugar. My weight is
